상품은 일본 현지에서 출고되어 해상 또는 항공 운송을 통해 한국으로 배송됩니다.
배송 방식에 따라 소요 기간은 다소 차이가 있을 수 있으며,
평균적으로 발송일로부터 약 10~15일 정도 소요됩니다.

또한, 세관 통관 절차를 원활하게 진행하기 위해 ‘개인통관고유부호’가 반드시 필요합니다.
주문 시 받는 분의 성함과 함께 개인통관부호를 정확하게 입력해 주시기 바랍니다.
해당 번호가 누락되거나 잘못 입력될 경우 배송 지연 또는 통관 보류가 발생할 수 있으니 유의해 주세요.

Shipping & Customs Information (English)

All orders are shipped directly from Japan via either sea or air transport, depending on the delivery option selected.
Shipping times may vary slightly depending on the method, but delivery typically takes around 10 to 15 days from the shipping date.

For customs clearance in Korea, it is mandatory to provide your Personal Customs Clearance Code (PCCC).
Please make sure to enter the correct recipient name and corresponding PCCC when placing your order.
Missing or incorrect codes may result in delays or customs holds, so we kindly ask for your attention to this matter.
